                  Free shipping

                Flat Rate Shipping $3.00.  FREE Shipping on all orders $44 or more.
                We ship from Milton, Georgia or from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

                                   

                1. Shipping & Delivery

                  • Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
                  • Orders are only shipped to domestic addresses within the United States and Canada (right now we don't ship to other international addresses.)
                  • All orders are shipped by USPS Standard and are not shipped on holidays.
                  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
                  • All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.

                  • Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

    2. Ordering & Payment

    • We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express,  Discover, Amazon payments or Checks drawn on US funds.  Contact us for an order form to pay by check..
    • All costs are in USD (US Dollars.)
    • Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to the state of Georgia. 
    • Prices are subject to change without notice..
     

    3. Sales Tax

    Georgia residents will be charged sales tax on their purchase.  Please note that in the state of Georgia, shipping and handling costs are also taxed.

    4. Order Tracking

    USPS Mail provides tracking information, however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

     

    5. Returns & Replacements

    We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their items.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please note the following:

                      1. Georgia Horseback must be notified of all returns in advance.  Please email us at info@georgiahorseback.com if you would like to return an item.
                      2. Regularly priced Items can be returned within 15 business days of the shipping date for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the merchandise (shipping cost is excluded.)  
                      3. All sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit. All sales are final.
                      4. Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by Georgia Horseback (e.g. shipped wrong item/color).
                      5. For refunds, you will be credited upon receipt of the returned product.  We refund the price of the product, including taxes, but not including shipping.
                      6. For exchanges, a replacement order will be shipped out once the goods to be exchanged have been received.
                      7. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with no signs of wear. Please include a quick note on the invoice explaining why you are returning and send it back along with the items to be returned to:

    Returns Policy Summary

      • Merchandise must be postmarked within 15 days from date shipped
      • Merchandise must not be used or altered and returned in original undamaged packaging.
      • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
      • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
      • Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. (Note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.)
      • Sale items may not be returned for refund, only exchanged.
      • Exchanges are based on product availability.
      • Please keep a tracking record to make sure we receive the return.
      • Any COD returns will be refused.

       

      6. Undeliverable/Lost Packages

      All our items are shipped with a delivery confirmation. If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please conduct a trace through the mail carrier.  We reserve the right to resend delivered packages at our discretion.

      We are unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier.  All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. 

      Please ensure that your ship to address is correct as we are not responsible for lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

      7. Shipments to Canada

      Please note: Customers will be held responsible for import duties, customs fees and/or taxes imposed by the government of the country of delivery.

      Please note that the prices above DO NOT include any import duties, fees or taxes that may be imposed by the government of the country of delivery. Orders shipping to international destinations do not incur US export taxes. Georgia Horseback strongly encourages our customers to refer to local government policies regarding imported goods to determine the extent of possible changes prior to purchase.

      If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all tax and duty fees will be billed to the customer account. Once a package enters the country of delivery, government tax and duty charges are not reversible, regardless of package delivery. Refunds will not be issued for undelivered packages due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment.

       

      8. Out of Stock/Backorder

      If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will contact you to offer you the alternative to wait for the item to be restocked or to arrange an exchange or refund.  Your order will not ship until we receive an answer.  Please provide us with a valid email address and US phone number with your order so that we can reach you. 

       

      9. Privacy

      Georgia Horseback does not rent, sell or distribute our customer information to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. 

      All feedback, e-mails, comments, suggestions and ideas submitted to Georgia Horseback becomes the property of Georgia Horseback.  Photos submitted to Georgia Horseback can be used by Georgia Horseback and Georgia Horseback is under no obligation to pay compensation for use of comments or photos unless otherwise agreed.

      We utilize Paypal for secure payment processing therefore we do not store any of your credit card information.

       

      10. Disclaimer

      Georgia Horseback reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which we cannot meet a specified deadline delivery date or was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price.
